Well organised and tidy

Been a few a times, they've been really nice. Everybody is really polite and everything is clean and tidy. The chemotherapy service and all services, have been really good. Everything has been well organised, it was always all set up and ready to go. We were originally in Worcester and they sent her to the Children's.

Brilliant so far, check in itself is great. Just want to get our daughter sorted, feel like she's in the right place now.
Long waits for blood tests

My appointment with the consultant is always on time but I have to wait for a long time for my blood tests.
Good communication, everything runs well.

It's been really good. The communication is good, they ring me and I can contact someone if I need to. Everything runs quite well. They give us an appointment in good time so we can make arrangements to come.
Blood tests can take a while, good today.

Very good, quick referral. Come for blood tests today and there's been no long waits today either. It can usually take a while, but it's been good today.

Appointment didn't take long today as it was a follow up appointment. It was all planned well as appointment had to happen in a certain time. The GP referred us onto the hospital originally. Everything with the operation and everything else has been really good.
They were very good with my son

I took my son there when he was ill. We waited for hours. They were very good with him and checked him over. They made sure he was okay.

It's all been good, the staff are polite, it's well organised and lots to do for children whilst waiting. We've not been waiting a long time for the appointment. If you phone the reception staff, they're really good at sorting you out. Inpatient care has been really good and because we live so far away, they're always very accommodating.

We have been referred here by our GP. We have been waiting for over 3 months for an appointment with the specialist doctor.
