Good interactions with kids

They're really good. Waiting times are really short. Good interactions, never been bad with the kids.

It was fine, it was brilliant. I got there and we were seen in 10 minutes, I seen the doctor and had a x-ray and then I went home. It was a good experience.

Birmingham Children's Hospital are amazing, my granddaughter has spina bifida and attend regularly.

Amazing ongoing care from start to finish been involved since 24 weeks of pregnancy. Care was 2nd to none.

They were good

Baby had sepsis and Lumber puncture, they were good. They treated us very well but for a week husband couldn’t come.

Not good, went to A&E had to wait 4-6 hours. I know you have to wait but it wasn’t a good experience.

They've been really really good, Really efficient. Son came in for day surgery and was made to feel safe and comfortable. They let me stay with my son, they knew what they were doing, asked lots of questions and have advice. The communication was really good too.

Ticket system for bloods

My daughter was made an appointment for bloods at 3:30pm but I had to take a ticket when I got here, how does that work. On average they're doing one person every 5 minutes. They need to make it clear that it is not an appointment time. And they need better signposting.
