I use A&E instead of my GP

I end up taking children to A&E when it is not essential but I need them to get some help as there is no guarantee there will be a same day GP appointment.

They have been very good.

It's very nice. My son stayed on ward 10 for 3 weeks. All the staff were helpful, kind and professional. We had an appointment which was really good. They are very accessible and include you in the health plans and explain what is happening. They help us and refer us to other organisations. Because it was a car accident he is in rehabilitation stage now. They have referred to head injury trauma. The communication is very good ands they listen. They also assisted financially with the transport.

its is good here

Communication is quite good. They can't keep to appointment times however. Booking appointments is quite easy, we just ring them. We have come for the yearly check up today. The treatment is good so far. The nurses and doctors are good. The children's prescriptions on the app is quite good.

It's good here. The staff are friendly and helpful including the doctors. Getting an appointment took about 3 months but wasn't too bad. I am satisfied with the service.

Overall the service is good

She had surgery and there was a shortage of gowns for her to wear to the surgery. The nurses found it stressful and had to go to another ward. It wasn't good at all. Everything else went pretty well and were her for a follow up appointment from her operation 2 and a half weeks ago. It has been good so far. We used to have challenges waiting for medication but the nurses put in the prescription for us that was really helpful. Overall the services are quite good.

No parking, and referral took 8 weeks

This is my first time here and there were no parking spaces. The wait for the referral took 8 weeks to get an appointment here.

the service generally is good

It has been a really good experience with the hospital. The communication is quite good, from the paediatrics to the other departments. The staff are okay too. The appointment schedule is good and already booked for us. The waiting time to get to an appointment is quite long. We have been waiting more than an hour so far. He broke his hand last year and he is improving gradually. The service is very good generally.

I requested a change of doctor.

There are a lack of appointments here. It takes a long time. Whenever we see the doctor they tell us everything is normal but after we insist on a test the results came out abnormal. The doctor sometimes downplays symptoms. We have requested a change of doctor. The previous doctor didn't listen to me when I was trying to explain my concern, they just waved it off. We're here to see another doctor as we were not satisfied with the first one. Were just waiting to be called in.

It has been good here

The service is good. They give appointments on time. They listen to me and they attended to my son well. We were referred to this place as the medication wasn't helping as we are from Redditch so they referred here. It took about 4 months to get an appointment. The follow up has been good. My son has a skin condition and he has been seen quite well here. After the wait for the referral the treatment has been good.

Long waiting times in A&E

The A&E waiting times are so long as I waited for 2 hours even though I was panicked with my little boy in pain.
