Blood tests were fast this time

I have been here before with my son for blood tests and they are very fast. Nice people and staff. Last time we waited for some time but usually it is alright.
Waiting times can be long.
Ear Nose and Throat

Been to ENT before for the same thing. The service has always been the same, average, just fine but the waiting times are always a problem. I came at 10:40 and they called me at 11:15, now I am waiting for the consultant.
Liked the staff's sense of humour

I have an appointments for my throat and the service was fine and average. The staff were helpful and I liked their sense of humour.
Hearing department has always been bang on

Everything is fine. We have been to hearing and plastic department. Plastics had to separate my daughter's fingers and they were meant to do a follow up but never did it. She had bloods taken and we never got the results. The hearing department has always been bang on.

Referred onto the hospital from the paediatrics team. It's taken a week. I found my way around the hospital fine.

You can wait a while for prescriptions and could do with a nicer space to wait. There is lots of entertainment for the children. They could do with providing nicer snacks for people with allergies as there isn't a great selection.
There can be delays in departments

They are good and keep to appointments. Sometimes there are delays. Dermatology could be quicker to be seen. For eczema by the time there is a flare up and he is seen it can get better beforehand. There has been delays in the asthma department. We have been twice and they still haven't decided if she has asthma or not. A doctor should be able to tell us.

Fine, no problems. It's been quite quick. We were straight in. The doctors have been ever so good. They keep to the time and even saw us last time when I was a bit late.
Left without being seen.
Accident and emergency services

My son and grandchild who is 14 months old came to A&E and waited such a long time they had to leave when they were still sick. It was so bad.
