It’s alright, annual checkup and they're good at giving appointments. Explain to us and our child what’s going on.

Yes, it's been a good experience. The pediatric doctor was good and I'm not waiting for bloods to be taken. Everything was explained well to me.
Good doctors.

It's been fine, one time they didn't communicate and I ended up missing they appointment. It took them 6 weeks to make another appointment. But the doctors have been good and we've come here and had bloods taken.
Good but more signs needed in main entrance
August 30, 2023
It's good, should have more signs in the main entrance to main outpatients as it's not clear where to go. My son had an appointment for a blood test and took a ticket, we've not had to wait too long.
Good hospital, orthoptics needs looking at.

It's a good hospital, we go to ENT and multiple services. The communications been good and they let us know about the appointments, they're really good with my daughter. We're not waiting long for appointments. We go to the orthoptics department, which is in an open space and had lots of little open desks all around. It's too noisy and because there's no barriers the children get easily distracted which I think can affect the results of the tests. The hospital needs to look at changing it so the results are more accurate. There's no GDPR either with them being so close to one another. I'm worried about my daughter getting glasses which she's not meant to have. She's had 7 pairs over the past 4 years all with different prescriptions. I had to call for the last appointment too as she was 2 weeks overdue.
Kept an eye on daughter when she had covid
August 30, 2023
It's the 2nd time we've been here and we've had to book another appointment in the audiology department as my daughter was nervous and excited all at the same time. My daughter was also in A&E when she had covid, they kept an eye on her oxygen levels and we were isolated in a small room for 3 days.
