The waiting time is long but the reception staff are pleasant and direct me well. The place is very neat and clean.

I wait at A&E for 3 hours and left because it was at least a 9 hour wait. Far too busy, it was awful.

The service is good at the moment, there are lots of staff. They are all lovely.

I come here every 6 weeks for scheduled appointments. The staff are helpful, they are apologetic and express empathy and patience. The issue is the long waiting times. Parking is also a problem for disabled. There is more staff needed and the waiting time for bloods is far too long.

I have had a good experience with blood tests. ENT is not long waits either. The pharmacy is over a 60 minute wait though. I have no complaints as the staff are helpful.
