It has been good here

The service is good. They give appointments on time. They listen to me and they attended to my son well. We were referred to this place as the medication wasn't helping as we are from Redditch so they referred here. It took about 4 months to get an appointment. The follow up has been good. My son has a skin condition and he has been seen quite well here. After the wait for the referral the treatment has been good.
Long waiting times in A&E

The A&E waiting times are so long as I waited for 2 hours even though I was panicked with my little boy in pain.

The service here is really good. Nothing is being mixed up in terms of treatment and appointments are quite easy to get. The staff are friendly and the hospital is clean.

They have taken 45 minutes for an appointment scheduled for half 11. I don't mind waiting as long as we get seen by the doctor. The waiting time is quick. No complaints so far.

Being passed to adult care

I had an insulin stress test here and they said I was meant to go into crisis but didn't. They said I would be being passed over to the adult care but not sure how long it is going to take.

Very helpful and supportive staff. They arrange all the appointments in advance and send us a letter. Their communication is very good with the school and the GP.

My 6 year old girl can't walk and we have been coming here for the last 4 years. They have provided us with excellent care and support. Our consultant is very good. she explains everything very well.
