My 12 year old son was having breathing issues and the ambulance took him here. They treated him so well. It was so clean and we didn't wait because of how serious my son's condition was. It was very scary but they reassured us.

I took my daughter to A&E a few days ago and she was seen within a couple of hours. The doctor referred her to a senior consultant for their opinion.
The first appointment has gone well.

My son was referred to a specialist ENT consultant by Heartlands ENT team after having complication during the surgery. The first appointment has gone very well and the consultant did a thorough examination and asked us to have some scans and tests carried out.

My daughter is receiving treatment at the ENT clinic. They have provided us with excellent medication and it's working very well. We are here for a 6 month review today.

Good. Everybody has interacted with our son really well. Was greeted at reception and directed to where we had to go. It's not our first time here and it's always really good and were all treated really well. The interactive screens are really good as it keeps them entertained.
It's been a slower service since covid

It's okay but the whole system has got slower since covid. I was trying to look for available dates for blood tests and they haven't got anything until the end of May. My sister looked in November last year and hasn't got one until the summer. Really long waits. When you do come the doctors are really nice but it's when you first arrive, they tell you to take paracetamol at A&E. It's not their fault as the staff are tired and seem unbothered by the time they get to to you. It's taken a long time for my 7 years old sister to get an appointment with paediatrics and my 11 years old sisters appointment for her kidneys drag. They take too long to get through
