I have had no problems. The appointment was arranged within good time. The staff have been brilliant. All has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always have time for my daughter.

I took my 11 year old son to the GP 6 weeks ago who referred us to City for an MRI scan as he was having headaches. they first advised he was dehydrated and have less screen time but now we're here and he is being treated for a more complex situation.

My child has been treated here since birth for DiGeorge syndrome and has late development. I am very happy with today's treatment suggestion for current ear problem as it is non operative.
Good hospital but long waits for bloods

We had a 3 month wait for a blood test. Otherwise it's good as my child has been coming here since birth after an emergency.

My 7 year old daughter was referred from a hospital in Coventry and was an inpatient for 2 weeks. She is having a follow up. We have been very happy with all arrangements.
Exceptional care, exceptional staff
January 9, 2024
Exceptional care provided since birth. We were transferred from Queens Nottingham to Birmingham Children's. My child is now six months old and is being seen by exceptional staff. You don't usually have to wait very long to be seen but today may be different due to doctor's strikes. We have been living in the unit during the start of the treatment. Cannot fault the system
Referred due to the complexity

Referred from Leicester due to being a complex epilepsy situation. I had to travel 40 minutes on the motorway to the appointment today.
The doctor was good.

All has been good with appointments. I did have to wait half an hour but that's fine. The doctor was good and spoke directly to me which I appreciated.
