Overall they are helpful
Accident and emergency services
April 10, 2024
I have been to A&E a few times, it was okay. It's stressful at the time but overall helpful. Because of the nature they speed things up. It's taken 3 months for an outpatients appointment and the original issue started in October 2023.
Good but parking is a challenge

Always good in all aspects. Only challenge is to get a parking space close by. The parking is expensive as well.

Consultants are very good but the reception staff are not that helpful, they should improve their customer service skills.
Left feeling a lot better
Paediatrics/children services

We were at dermatology with baby and we left feeling better than when we arrived. We felt informed and about the next steps, stages would be for my child's care and today is a follow up. Been a couple of months.
Really good
Paediatrics/children services
April 9, 2024
Really good. Always seen the same doctor. We have an appointment over the phone every 6 months and one face to face which works well for us at paediatrics service. They are really good at explaining information and can ask questions and they will answer then for us. They will also see my daughter here if we need to be seen.
Always listen and help
Respiratory Medicine

Seeing respiratory today. The lady was lovely that we saw before new year. They've always been really good here. They have always listened and helped us when we have needed it.
I liked the food here

I liked the food and everyone was friendly. They took care of me excellently and I would recommend it.
We have to pay to take them to hospital

We waited a long time at A&E. They also sent my children there for blood tests. Also we have pay to go into the city centre and we would rather the children be seen at the GP as it is closer.
I wouldn't want to go anywhere else

Really good. A&E and the ward staff for my disabled child are all really helpful. They handle all his care and he has been going since he was born. I prefer to go to the Children's because they know him and care for him. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
