Really good, saw quickly. Good follow up.

We're here seeing neurosurgery today, they're really good. We were in A&E 3 weeks ago and they were really good. We got seen really quickly. We were given a timeslot from NHS 111 and waited 20 minutes before moving from reception to a bed and seeing various Doctors and Specialists. We say a neurosurgeon who then arranged this appointment for today. Not a complaint but, it would be better to have a letter sent out so we had something to go by. The last doctor we saw in A&E said she'd ring us in the morning with a follow up appointment, and she did.

Waiting a long time

All good no worries. Was referred from the doctors. We've been waiting a long time today, been waiting an hour for the appointment.

Good communication

I was referred a few months back and it took a while. I'm still waiting to have my 6 month check up. They did communicate with me and tell me there would be a wait. They said in the meantime, if I needed anything, I should contact the GP. They're good in general and they communicate well in the meantime.

Saw my daughter really quickly

My daughter was seen really quickly. They helped her and were really professional. They let us know what was happening with the wait as much as they could.

Well organized

Well organised with daughter been coming for 3 months after GP referred for skin condition, which is being monitored. I am living in UK for 13 years finding no problem with health services over that time.

Referred by GP to consultant. No complication, they were quite understanding. We were late but consultant will be able to see her today.

The treatment team was amazing

It’s alright here. They would talk to me and the play workers were really good. The treatment team was amazing and had a connection with him, they build that rapport and spent time with him.

They were short staffed

Oncology

Really good experience at oncology. They kept us well informed. They have been really good but a lot of time they were short staffed . Chemo was always done on ward 18 / 19 but when his temperature spiked he would need to be brought into A&E and transferred to ward 18 / 19 but with low staffing levels couldn’t send him to oncology ward. Staff were always on the wards but they weren’t specialized.
