Location is a big problem, right in the centre of the city. Getting parking is always an issue.

This is my first visit, just seen the doctor waiting for blood tests. Very pleased with discussion with doctor. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.

Waiting for blood test is always very long. Other appointments are normally not too bad.

Never seen on time all the time. We've been waiting 1 hour.
Good hospital - long referral
May 12, 2023
I waited 12 months for a referral. My son saw the GP at 12 months old and they referred him onto the hospital which took 12 months for the appointment to come through. He was sent for blood tests. We waited a while but the hospital was good. Just a long wait for the appointment. They said I won't get his results for another couple of weeks.
Cancelled son’s appointment
May 11, 2023
Cancelled son’s appointment as we were a couple of minutes late. Son has autism and has problem with walking and sat there for 20 minutes and then they said they would not see us and we had to make a new appointment, still waiting for an appointment. They have been good when we have been before just not sure what happened last time.
Not enough decorum and respect
April 25, 2023
The facilities are dirty ad horrible, My daughter stayed there. We waited too long in A&E. The bays on the children’s wards are too small, especially when you have a child that’s in a wheelchair, they need to have more decorum and understanding. We ask for a side room and they say no but we are asking for her privacy as we still have to change her and the curtains will open, just need more decorum and respect. The staff are good though and let us know what’s going on, it’s the facilities that let the hospital down.
