Everything been really good, planned well.

Appointment didn't take long today as it was a follow up appointment. It was all planned well as appointment had to happen in a certain time. The GP referred us onto the hospital originally. Everything with the operation and everything else has been really good.

They were very good with my son

I took my son there when he was ill. We waited for hours. They were very good with him and checked him over. They made sure he was okay.

Very accommodating and organised

It's all been good, the staff are polite, it's well organised and lots to do for children whilst waiting. We've not been waiting a long time for the appointment. If you phone the reception staff, they're really good at sorting you out. Inpatient care has been really good and because we live so far away, they're always very accommodating.

Been waiting 3 months so far

We have been referred here by our GP. We have been waiting for over 3 months for an appointment with the specialist doctor.

All's been fine, we've not been waiting too long for the initial appointment. Son was seen and referred very quickly. I've had no issues so far. ENT have been very good, they've been brilliant, can't complain.

Brilliant care and kept in the loop

We've had a follow up appointment today. The initial appointment took a long time and had to chase them to get an appointment for the operation. We were referred on from the GP in Rugby and waited over a year before chasing it up and having the operation, which was day surgery. They were really good. The care has been brilliant and keeping us in the loop.

All been amazing.

The follow up has been amazing, it's all been amazing. Son had an accident and we ended up in ICU then was transferred to ward 10. We've been today for a follow up appointment. Was transferred from Coventry Hospital to the hospital, and it was great.

Hospital keep an eye on her

The appointment has been okay. Staff so far have been good. Didn't take a long time to get an appointment. The department do keep an eye on her.

Hospital is always good

The hospital has been good. Always come with my daughter. They are good and explain things to me. Sometimes we go to A&E and wait 2 or 3 hours, but that's alright.
