Blood test, quite quick. They have been waiting for treatment at hospital for 4 years. They have treated him very well.

Been ages ago but today really quick. Doctor was really nice, good rapport with my daughter. Made her feel comfortable. Pediatricians seems to be really efficient here. Really good service.

Some of nurses are quite rude

Some of nurses are quite rude, stayed for month. Nurse kept going on telling me, I couldn’t use my phone. Come for x-ray and now waiting to see the doctor. I have been waiting for 30 minutes.

Comes quite regularly

I come quite regularly, at least once a year to hearing department. Doctors interact really well with her. Send emails and letters about upcoming appointments and explain things well about her care. You can’t fault them really. Had hearing problem, seen consultant and now waiting for setting changed on hearing aids. I have to wait for appointments, which is fine.

Long waits for pharmacy

Long waits for pharmacy, put prescription in before an appointment and not ready when we have finished up. Can wait up to 40 minutes for appointment.

Treated well by doctors

It was good, he ended up at the A&E department, we waited 2 hours and was and was seen by a doctor. He was treated well by the doctors and they let me know what to do and then they gave him medicine and discharged him.
