Staff helpful but waiting area claustrophobic

Waiting 30 minutes so far to be seen.
Staff helpful.
Waiting area ok but machines need money and I have only brought my card.
Toilets clean but hand dryer out of action and no alternative way of drying hands provided.
Seating reasonably ok. Design of waiting room is claustrophobic as large pillar obscuring view and can't see staff .

Overall the waiting room is good

Overall the waiting room is good but for children with autism and sensory problems there is no support. Most of the time you have to wait for an hour. Doctors are good and all the supporting staff are good as well.

Son admitted to hospital. Left with students who could not get drip inserted and son dehydrated as a result. Son was also given drugs that he was allergic too.
Son has sickle cell and hospital always presume that any problems he has is to do with this and don't investigate properly.
Have raised concerns with Matron.
Staff need training.
