Helpful staff, clean and bright.

The service has been quick and staff have been helpful. The area has been clean and bright and the children's play as well. The parking needs to be improved.
Moved around a lot whilst staying here

The hospital should provide more beds as we were constantly moved around during the stay in hospital and this was very stressful considering my daughters tender age.
Several departments treating my daughter

I have been using this facility for about 7 months now. The hospital have several departments that have been taking care of my daughter and have been watching over her.

It's quite easy to get to. Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The appointments run on time. Its is a very old building and facilities need modernising.
Big improvement in my son's health condition.

Since we have been moved to Birmingham Children's I have noticed a big improvement in my son's health condition. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Very good staff with excellent facilities. We were referred here by our GP. The referral process was very quick and easy.

They have always supported us. My 3 year old son spent his first year in this hospital because he was born with a very serious health condition. The doctors and nurses are excellent and provide full information and support with regards my son's condition.
