Been waiting 6 months for a referral

My daughter was referred 6 months ago and we are still waiting for any response from them.

No dentists for emergencies

My daughter broke her front teeth and I took her to A&E. They don't have any emergency dentist.

Given antibiotics for a chest infection

I took my daughter there and they gave her antibiotics. They said it was a chest infection. One that was re-occurring and gave her days of antibiotics to sort her out and now she is fine. The nurse said to get an appointment there a week later to check that the chest was clear.

Nothing short of amazing

My son is seen regularly here for various things. They have been nothing short of amazing. They are helpful. The play workers are friendly. Brilliant. They keep him calm for appointments and they know what their doing.

Never had any issues with them

Great care at the Children's. I've never had any issues with them. I am waiting for my daughter to be transferred over to adult services which has taken longer but that's not down to the hospital. They have been as helpful as possible.

We left after 6 hours waiting

December 12, 2023
I waited for 6 hours with my 4 year old son crying in pain and the staff didn't bother to help us. Very poor. We left after 6 hours without seeing a doctor.

We have been going to this hospital for about 4 to 5yrs. Especially staff at Waterfall House. Very caring make our children comfortable and feel cared for no matter your background or race. Good experience only

Waiting a long time for blood tests

I've been waiting a long time. (It's now 11:50am). The first lady I saw was at 11:00am or earlier and my child is waiting for a blood test.
