Infertility treatment was excellent.

I was treated here for infertility and the results were excellent. My son was born here. the staff are amazing.

Long waits for scans

The doctors and nurses are good but you have to wait a long time for scans and assessments.

Given a pre-op before a consultation

It's been fine when I have been here. They could improve the phones as I have had issues getting hold of the right person. I have had lots of wrong information come through to me. The numbers do not correspond to the secretary. They sent the pre-op appointment for now but it took two weeks to get through and pre-op was sent before I had even seen my consultant. I was given this twice but I need to see the consultant before I have a pre-op. They gave me an appointment for February when I should have been seen earlier. So they have ended up giving me a cancellation appointment today.

They have been brilliant.

I come here monthly and it is really good. Both communication an timing. It's not very often they're running late and there has been times when they'll see me early too. They've been brilliant.

Staff are amazing and kind

I have found them to be really good. All of the appointments have been on time and on the right day. Really good communication with text messages, emails and letters. All sent in advance. The staff and doctors have been amazing and kind.

An urgent referral within a week.

I had an urgent referral which took a week. They sent the letter regarding the appointment through the post, the GP and through a text where you have to put in accurate date of birth to access the letter.

Lovely staff and helpful

The hospital has been lovely. The staff are lovely and helpful. I've been coming here for a few years. I had a hysterectomy here. I thought I would have had keyhole but they don't do it here.

A 3 year wait for treatment

Myself and wife want to access fertility services. We are not getting enough help. we wanted to go to a place in Solihull but they won't provide funding on NHS. Our referral for treatment could take 3 years on the waiting list and we are already in our 40's and want children.
