Good experience, midwife was co-operative

June 2, 2023
Good experience, midwife was good, very co-operative, they've treated me nicely. Check up was very quick. I've not been waiting a long time.

Staff are overworked

June 2, 2023
It's dependent on the staff and if they've had a bad day. I feel like if you know what you're on about they don't like it. Had a lovely student treat me. I feel like they are overworked. My appointment was at 1pm and not waiting too long. I was waiting ages the other week and the consultant said he didn't know why I was there for. The clinic was running late and I was told they're all on lunch.

Communication from fertility was good

June 2, 2023
It's good. All the staff are always helpful, waiting times can be quite long, but generally tends to be okay. It's hard to say what they could really do with, maybe more communication. It can take a bit of chasing to get an antenatal appointment but for fertility, communication was very good.

No clear info, long waits.

June 2, 2023
The waiting times have been long today. Scans are quicker but our appointment was at 1pm and it wasn't indicated where to go. I was under the impression it was an appointment, but it's not been that today. There's no clear information on what to expect when you come. You sit there not knowing what's happening. Not clear on what birth to expect and I'm two weeks from giving birth. Just want to know what to expect and prepare for it.

Told there would be a long wait

June 2, 2023
I've been transferred from another hospital to here today so have come for a full check up. I have been here since 9am, it's now 1:30pm, but they did explain it was going to take a long time.

Service great - issue with parking

June 2, 2023
I'm currently on bed rest and cannot walk far so the walk from the car park to the hospital is too long. The wait for the car park is too long too. I have to arrive up to an hour early to ensure I secure a place. The service at the hospital is amazing, but I just have an issue with the parking.

Been okay

May 30, 2023
Been okay. Been here since 3 hours. Scan - I was in and seen after 2 or 3 minutes of checking in but have been waiting nearly 2 hours to see the doctor. No explanation as to why I have been waiting so long. There can be a bit of wait usually but never this long. Happy with care and staff, just waiting times. Never had any problems or issues with them. Can get appointments fairly easily. They are good.
