A very long wait at triage

Long waits in triage. More than 2 hours. I visited the midwife this morning who told me to come here. They have told me it will be at least 4 hours wait. Very long.

I've come for an early ultrasound appointment and some tests as I am diabetic. I had my scan which was a bit strange as the baby is so small. They have been kind and caring. I've been waiting a while for the diabetic clinic but hopefully I will be seen soon. Staff have been lovely so far.

My second baby here is a different experience

My first baby I had during covid and the second baby is a different experience. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. Good communication, you don't wait long or longer than I expect to wait.

Communication and staff has all been great. All been good. It's really easy to find my around but parking is a pain each time I come.

This is my third time using this hospital. The staff are amazing. Midwives take extra care and engage with me very well. The consultant listened to my concerns and provided full support.

Overall my experience of this hospital is great. Lots of parking available. Good signposting and a very clean and comfy waiting area.

Excellent at radiology

The staff at radiology unit are excellent and take extra care whilst dealing with special cases. My wife has had a number of scans and ultrasounds over there.
