Noticed son was not breathing correctly had a lumber puncture for suspected sepsis. Lady that delivered didn’t notice so I did not want any second child there.

Neonatal services excellent and really good. communication has been well, all services have come to help consultants, family liaison, breast feeding team. It’s all been great they’re finding us.
Very positive experience
December 1, 2022
I have given birth at the Women's and the experience has been lovely. The midwives were very attentive. During my last birth, the HCAs were not so attentive in that I was in soiled bedding throughout my stay. I have experienced physiotherapy and again getting appointments was very easy and quick. Staff were very positive and thorough.
Care was brilliant
November 29, 2022
They referred me to City Hospital originally, but I chose to go to the Womens. The care was brilliant, I thought because of covid there wouldn't be as many midwives around, but it was really, really good. Had to wait a few hours for scans but staff were really great.
It was interesting experience

It was interesting experience, overall good experience. Very busy, clearly didn’t have enough resources to look after my needs. Waiting a long time for delivery suite or for pain relief. The midwives were wonderful. It was just they were under staffed.
