Good

Maternity

I rated it to be honest, had my own little side room. Didn't have my baby with me (he was in neonatal) but they did look after me.
Neonatal ward - they were brilliant.

They're fine, everything's been fine here. Communicate well about app and where to go. Never met my actual midwife though and don't see her frequently like I did with my first.

Came out to me for appointments, homebirth team are brilliant and go for appointments/scans in small clinic in Longbridge. Continuity of care and 24 hour service is reassuring.

Awful - bad experience

October 25, 2022
Left on a ward with four other ladies, told couldn't have baby as no room on delivery suite. Didn't break waters properly nearly ended up have a C-Section and consultant came and baby was born in 17 minutes. Left in constant pain.

Efficient staff and positive experience

October 11, 2022
Really good, really positive. From the staff to the efficiency, really really good. During my appointment they put the radio on for me. They answered all my questions and they were really respectful of personal privacy. The appointment wasn't with my consultant but he came over to me and asked if I was okay before I went in for my appointment and asked if everything went okay, after my appointment.

Sent to the wrong clinic

October 10, 2022
It's the first time I've came here today. I was told where to come and my appointment time, but they have sent me to the wrong clinic, I was told to go to the clinic today, but it was not clear what for.

Feel confident in their hands

Brilliant, I wouldn't have my baby anywhere else. It's my third baby and I wouldn't choose anywhere else. I feel confident in their hands.
