Excellent care service provided for my relative by professional care staff. All aspects of care have been provided competently in a secure and comfortable environment. It is difficult to suggest an improvement on perfection.

He went for an assessment on the ward. It was very difficult to visit over the weekend, getting in and out was impossible unless someone would come out of the building, which does not say much about the service.
Whilst he was at the assessment ward, his behaviour deteriorated. My impression was that staff were just sitting and watching. They were being aggressive and reduced me to tears. In Bromford Lane Care Home my husband was placed in a bad behaviour ward, but the NHS nurse who did the nursing care assessment said he should not be there. I felt they were not looking after him.

The place is so clean and hygienic, makes you feel safe.
The staff are great with both residents and family. The food is brilliant. My hubby has gained a new lease of life since moving here.

One first visit to BLCC made welcome by manager. In my opinion the unit manager carers and medical staff are caring and dedicated to the care of all residents to all work as a team maintain a high standard of care.

A good care home with all staff showing kindness, compassion and patients to all of the residents/patients. The care centre has a friendly, warm, welcoming atmosphere. Kept clean and tidy. Food of a good standard but maybe smaller portions/sandwiches. I.e. individual pots of rice maybe could be provided for those with smaller/more restricted appetites. Otherwise everything about the care centre a really good effort all around.
