Enki Medical Practice

I have relocated and changed my GP. They have been good. I am okay with them. The service is good. They're approachable and polite. They're alright. The doctor is good with communicating with me and even followed up. I am quite satisfied with them.

Absolutely perfect. There's no issues with appointments and I've found them really good. I only really go for medication reviews which they do regularly and on time.

Everything is good. They see us, give us appointments. I went with issues and they referred me on quickly to the hospital to have further tests. Very good.

No problems all very good. They pick up every time I call them and I can get appointments. Staff are very good. They send text messages and I tell them their service is very good.

I called 5 days in a row and have been without an inhaler for 5 days and my chest is tight. The system is set up to help people on a first come first serve basis. I registered with them a month and a half ago and still haven't see a doctor. I have had to come in to see if I can get a call back from a doctor today and they said I could get a call back which is a positive. It's progress

Once I get an appointment its is usually fine but you can wait a long time on the phones and I have used the call back service previously and that did work well.

Referred on to see the cardiologist from the GP. It hasn't taken long for the appointment. Reception staff here are great when I check in too.

Appointments are sometimes good, sometimes bad. Sometimes slow getting through. The nurse will see me but if I need to see a doctor the nurse will request a GP appointment which I don't understand.

Referred on from City hospital to Cardiology after mom was in hospital for pneumonia. The cardiologist was absolutely fantastic, absolutely brilliant.

Too long to make an appointment. You can wait 1.5 hours on the phone and when you get through there aren't any appointments. I called with chest pains and they said to call back between 2-6PM, so I ended up in A&E.
