Very poor service delivery. Rude staff and no appointments at all.

The midwife here is very nice. Appointments and referrals to the hospital have all come through quite quickly.
They need more staff and accessibility.

I can never get an appointment. They are short staffed. They sent us to another surgery and this one is closer so it's silly to have to travel. they need to get more staff and make it more accessible.
It's a struggle to get an appointment.

Can't get appointments even when you phone at 8am. They hold you for 45 minutes and then there's no appointments. They do the same thing day in day out until you get one. When you do see the GP they are good it's just a struggle in the beginning.

Really good with me, make an appointment over the phone and they’ll speak to me first over the phone and call me in if needed. They check my blood every three months and they'll call me in to have the appointment.

Refuse to answer phone in morning, they lie about appt availability. Refuse to give prescriptions.
