25 June 22 - This GP practice has recently introduced a new telephone service. Previously, anyone trying to make an appointment with a GP could phone a.m. or p.m. and see if any appointments were available. If not, try again the folloiwng day. However, at least you could get through to a receptionist. Now, a caller is placed in a queue without any idea of how long the wait in the queue will be. My wife phoned the practice and was placed at "number 7" in the queue. 40 minutes later, she managed to speak with a receptionist. We later checked our phone bill, and that 40 minute wait had cost us more than £10. This is completely unacceptable. The local NHS Trust responsibile for this practice needs to sort it out.

They have asked mother of 7 years old Autistic kid to send pictures of tonsillitis instead of giving her face to face appointment.

No appointment ever you have to book 3 weeks in advance.

When are doctors going to see us again

Not satisfactory.

I had a bike accident some time ago and my memory is poor. Taken to hospital - damaged knee, well mannered, polite and welcoming staff.

Took my daughter there over a couple of years for the same problem and wanted tests done but get fobbed off every time

Doctor Barjwa- uncaring, rude no compassion for my daughter who's partner committed suicide weeks ago, did not give her any medication for stress just a berevement leaflet. Nurse was rude and uncaring.

Dr would not give me any medication as I am having a break down as my partner just committed suicide. He just gave me a leaflet about bereavement.
