does not even know how to talk politely. They start shouting at patients. The phone system is rubbish, they don't even have the option to speak to the receptionist regarding the already booked appointments. No system to rearrange an appointment. You have to spend 15 minutes on hold to speak to an advisor despite being the 1st one in the queue.

Following on from the feedback from our patients and our internal audit of the pressure on telephone lines we have introduced a concept of " Sit & Wait Clinic" at the surgery on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
