Friendly staff

I call as soon as they open at 8 in the morning and they lines are always busy. You do get appointments when you get through. The staff are friendly. It's just the process.
Got a same day appointment

I contacted at 8:30am to make an appointment and they saw me the same day. They offer call backs so you don't have to wait on the phone.
Good but can be challenging

At times it is challenging getting appointments but overall the GPs and support staff are good.

Rude reception staff

The reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. They don't listen to patients at all.

No good.

No good as they don't give you an appointment. The GP doesn't see you. They say there aren't any doctors. When you do get an appointment you're waiting to see the GP for at least half an hour but if your 5 minutes late they won't see you.
They are good and they listen

They're good. Doing well. They always answer the calls and give you an appointment. They listen to me. They referred my daughters onto other specialists, one for hearing and the other health observations. They attend to us well.
Standards have gone downhill

My parents are with them for a very long time. A few years ago the service standards were very good but after covid things have gone downwards. I can't get appointments with my GP.
Listened to and treated with respect.

I've now been with my GP surgery for just over a year and my experience has been very positive.
All staff, including the GPs, receptionists, nurses and the pharmacist have been friendly, approachable and supportive.
I am always spoken to with respect and feel I am listened to. Referrals to secondary care are made promptly and there is follow up to check progress. When I was diagnosed with a new health condition last year and didn't fully understand the letter from the hospital, the GP I saw explained to my satisfaction what I needed to know. Similarly, when I recently had new medication prescribed by the hospital and had worries about contraindications and side-effects, the pharmacist checked online and was able to reassure me.
I have multiple health conditions so have regular contact with the surgery. The positive experiences I have described have been consistent during the time I have been registered at the practice.
