OHP - Handsworth Medical Practice

The staff are rude and you can't get appointments. It's absolutely awful.

A very good GP surgery with helpful staff.

He fell and hurt his legs and back. He couldn't walk. I called the GP for an appointment and they just told him to buy medicine. That didn't work.

The surgery is good but seeing my own GP is the biggest challenge.

They're happy for us to stay with them to be honest. They gave me an appointment because I said I was pregnant. They said they had no appointments available but when I told them I was pregnant they said they did. GP surgeries can have a better system. You can't book online and it's hard to get through on the phones. It's not the staff's fault but I end up frustrated.

Very bad service after covid. No appointments and reception staff are rude.

You wait hours on the phone to get an appointment. Reception staff are always rude and unhelpful.

I haven’t been to see them in 3 years, easy to book recent appointment. Feel wasn’t listen to properly.

Phoned surgery but no appointment. Have to wait for couple of days to get an appointment for my back pain.

Doctors are good, I am happy with them.
