They are not good

They are not good. I actually changed from them to another practice because of lack of getting appointment.
The doctor have seen me face to face

They referred us to ROH. The doctor have seen me face to face. If it’s just over the phone , how do they say what’s going on. If they would have given me more pain relief, it would have made the things better and quicker.
No point having a doctor

No point having a doctor, can’t get an appointment with them.
Communication general is poor

I was with them for 20 years. They are good but appointment availability is the biggest challenge and communication general is poor.
Referred onto hospital after scan

Got sent for a scan on my shoulder and they said it was arthritis and it turned out I had a tear in my shoulder. They sent me for an operation.
Can't get appointments

It's long, it's all changed. If you're not quick enough you can't get appointments. Sometimes I end up feeling better before i've managed to get an appointment. They do prioritise under 5 appointments. They open at 9am and if you don't call at 9am you don't get an appointment.

Long waiting time on telephone for answer

The overall level of care I have received is very good. Only concern / complaint is about long waiting time when you call them on the telephone. once I waited for 40 mins for my call to be answered. My concern is that it is very difficult for senior citizens and seriously ill patients to wait for such a long time on phone.
They not physically seeing anyone still

They not physically seeing anyone still so my baby haven't had her 6weeks check up
