Not the best

May 18, 2023
Not the best – Last week son was ill I phoned at 8am after 10 attempts I was caller no 26. They saw him as priority patient at 9:30. Getting repeat prescription can take an hour to get through prescription line. They offer prescription service online but not for children. Contemplated moving but they know our history.

Not great, they don’t see you face to face.

Just awful

I would not take my family if they were dying. Just awful. Only time they contact you is for asthma or diabetes check because they get funding. Staff are lovely just something wrong with practice polices.

Have to keep calling to make an appointment

March 3, 2023
Not very good. When you phone them you have to call at 8am, there's no appointments left, then you have to do the same thing the next day. They don't let you pre-book appointments, they always come up with an excuse.

Hard to access

October 25, 2022
Its hard to access them, hard to get an appointment. The phone, you have to call at 8am, so many times I've called I've been on the phone an hour and then no appointments, so have to call the next day. I'm from another country and I don't want to explain to the receptionist. It's hard to be referred. Worried about some moles, I told the doctors and they do not care. I feel like they don't care or take me serious. They do prioritise kids.
I used to be able to use the NHS app to get prescriptions, but they said I can only use it to order 3 times, but then they said I cannot access it.

Hard to get a face to face appointment

October 10, 2022
Covid has made it difficult. They don't do face to face appointments but can speak to them over the telephone. I do get support from my support worker in accessing the doctors but it's hard to get access to the face-to-face appointments. I've been asking for a while to see someone face to face and the receptionists don't listen, they're not very understanding.

Rubbish

July 22, 2022
I can't understand why you have to wait weeks and weeks for an appointment. You end up ringing 111 or end up using A&E in the hospital to see someone. The surgery does not let anybody in, The midwives cannot even run their clinics from the surgery. Then they ask you to send pictures of the issue, what if I can't.

Long wait for receptionist to answer

May 24, 2022
Far too many practices together. Tried for two days to get in touch. Cannot wait on phone as I am a sole carer. They are still registering new patients when they can’t cope with ones they have got. Long wait for receptionist to answer the phone.

No confidentiality of patients details discussed loudly in the waiting room so people can hear.
