Fairly good. I come in early to get an appointment. When you call the queues can be long and you don't get through. Staff are quite nice and helpful. Doctors are good. Were lucky.

They're good. I only come if I need help. It's hard to get an appointment as it's always busy but I can get one if I come in. Came in today to order a repeat prescription and they sorted it for me and I also needed an appointment and they gave me one the same day.

I came to register as a new patient but I was told that the surgery is no longer taking patients. The receptionist was great and told me about local practices closer to me. It does say on the website that they are accepting new patients.

They're quite good. They do a bit of both with appointments over the phone of face to face. I kept the phone calls because that's all that's needed, it's common sense. They give me the option of seeing my regular GP or they will offer for me to see another doctor at a different time. The GP referred me on for an ENT appointment in February and I've not heard anything since, but they did prewarn me it would be a bit of a wait.

It’s a good practice staff are alright. It’s very difficult to get to the doctor. You can’t phone for the appointment or pre book an appointment. You have to physically go up there to follow up with a GP if you have previously had an appointment. It’s a nightmare, see nurse for diabetics check.

They're okay with me with my long term issues. They see me and prioritise my care I think. I don't have any issues really.

I do think they can take ages to answer. I do call them at 8:30am and it takes ages and then there might not be an appointment so I try again the next day. It's a hard job.

I phoned up to arrange a blood test and had to wait. Once I had it done they said it would be 2-3 weeks before I'd have my results. You just end up spending time waiting for everything.

I can get in okay. They're good, despite them saying they're busy.

Okay, I can get appointments but takes a long time to get to number one and then sometimes they don’t answer, so I call 111.
