They changed skin medication due to costs

They changed my daughters skin medication. I think it was due to costs. They rang and said it wasn't on on the list. They changed it one that made my daughter's skin really bad. I had to kick up a fuss to get them to change it. Receptionists are lovely and bend over backwards to get you an appointment.

I want to see a doctor not paramedic

They prioritise under 5's. If you ring up at 8:00am you end up in the queue and if your not one of the first then you don't get an appointment and they ask you to call back the next day. The staff are lovely here but I feel like when you ask for a doctor they give you an appointment with a paramedic. I know they can get prescriptions for you but some things you need to see a doctor for.

Useless service

The service is useless and non-existent. It took over 40 minutes to get through and get prescriptions sorted. It's terrible. It's not the staff's fault because they are busy but that's unreasonable to have to wait that long.

Difficult to get an appointment.

It's a little bit difficult to get appointments. They make you do everything online which is difficult if you can't use online services. I tell them I can't use it then they send you another link to book it. You have to fill out a form and before Christmas day they saw my son within 1 hour. I filled out the form last week and gave me an appointment for this week for me. It's difficult to see my GP.

The nurse was rude today.

The GP is good now whenever I need an appointment they get me one and I get seen really quickly. They were slow to refer me initially last year when I had symptoms and would see me and try creams and keep an eye on things. Today was a different experience. The nurse doing my blood test came out and said you are lucky I am seeing you, you're late. She turned her back on me and made me feel quite uncomfortable really.

No issues. They use a triage system and usually get you an appointment really quickly.

I like the online booking form.

We have been using this place for nearly 2 years. It's easy to get an appointment when I compare it to my previous GP. I prefer to fill out the online form. After I fill it in and if it's for my baby I will get an appointment for the same day. If it's for me then within 2 days. It is never too long. Waiting to go in is fine, usually 10-15 minutes. The staff and doctors are all nice. I have one problem and that is the locum doctor. They are rude and rushed my baby's appointment. The usual doctors are great. Parking is okay but sometimes it's hard to find a space.

The staff are good

My wife helped me to register here. It's my second visit to see a doctor. My wife helped me to book an appointment today. I got it pretty quickly. I have to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seen. All the staff are good. Its is my first appointment with a lady doctor. I had a telephone appointment for bloods. She didn't explain everything. I am not happy about that incident. I forgot what happened exactly. The parking is okay here.

I don't like the new online forms

I have been here since 2018. I prefer to call for appointments. I don't like this new online triage thing. It's a long process then I have to come to the doctors then I have to go for an appointment. If I am working then it's hard to get an appointment. There should be a way of telephoning and then they can give a slot more easily not time wasting by filling forms in then coming in and talking with a doctor. This is not a simple thing and it should be a straightforward thing. Waiting time is good as you rarely have to wait. They are fast and I am grateful that you can see the doctor.

Clean, kind staff, no long waits

I have been using this place for 1 year. It's good. I booked the appointment by phone. I call sometimes at 9:00 am and I get appointments. Me and baby are both registered here. Staff are good and kind. Everything is clean including the washroom. They call me in to be seen quickly, a maximum of 10-15 minutes.
