I completed the form and got same day appointment

My baby is just 6 months old. I prefer to call to get the appointment. I have got the baby and it's hard filling in the online form. Once I filled the online form today I got the appointment the same day. I normally call and book but this is new.
Generally good practice.

When you come here its generally good. I prefer phoning them. The staff are good and waiting time is okay.

Good. Generally helpful. Monday is busy. Its online now and you have to fill the online form in then they allocate the appointment. I prefer this way rather than waiting on the phone line. Parking is always easy. Staff are always helpful.

I like to call to get an appointment. Now I have to call and they send an online link via text message and I need to fill it in. They only allocate the appointment then. I prefer to call and book one straight away. The waiting time is okay and the staff are good. Its a 5-10 minute wait and then I am always seen. Parking is good. I have no issues.
I don't like the new online form

I don't like the whole online form. I don't think its appropriate. My older grandparents would not be able to use the online service. I waited on the phone for 25 minutes and was told to put the phone down and fill the online form in. I have dyslexia so my mom helped me do it. I am not a fan of the new system. The doctor is lovely, They have time for you. She understands. I have never had any issues with reception staff. They have always been nice and polite. The one nurse if not so good. My nan had sepsis and couldn't wait and she told her she needed to have patience. She ended up in hospital later that day.

Good service. It is pretty easy and they said they'd make a referral onto another service but they never did. They said I would have to speak to the school and get them to do it. My child is always sick and cannot go to school and the doctor wont give a doctor's note.
Can speak about one issue only.

They tell you that you can only speak about one issue during the appointment. You have 10 minutes and they won't let you talk about more than one thing. It's is very wrong and makes thing difficult.

I love this surgery. It's been brilliant. I was here in the patient participant group as well. I prefer the link which takes you to appointments but that might be hard for the older people.
My dad can't access the online form.

It is very quiet. I can always get an appointment. Its annoying that you have to book it online and no option to go to the desk because I have been told you wont get one that way and to do it online but I do it for dad as he wouldn't be able to do it himself. The waits are long to see the GP whilst in the surgery. There's no one else here.
They give Saturday appointments.

Its good. They gave me the appointment quickly, its normally the second day. I like the new online form. It is easier rather than calling in the morning. The waiting time is less and they call quickly. They do Saturday appointments which is really good. Then I don't have to pick my daughter up from school.
