Prioritise my care

They're okay with me with my long term issues. They see me and prioritise my care I think. I don't have any issues really.
Hard job trying to get an appointment

I do think they can take ages to answer. I do call them at 8:30am and it takes ages and then there might not be an appointment so I try again the next day. It's a hard job.
Spend time waiting for everything

I phoned up to arrange a blood test and had to wait. Once I had it done they said it would be 2-3 weeks before I'd have my results. You just end up spending time waiting for everything.
They're good

I can get in okay. They're good, despite them saying they're busy.
Sometimes they don't answer

Okay, I can get appointments but takes a long time to get to number one and then sometimes they don’t answer, so I call 111.
Appointment took a long time

I had my booking appointment with the doctor. It was good, but took a long time to book in.
Hard to get appointments

Hard to get through on the phones to make an appointment. You get through and they say there are no appointments left and to come to the surgery at 8am. You get there and there are lots of people waiting so you might not get an appointment. It needs to be more efficient and quick.

Always able to get an appointment and its just 5 minutes away.
Can’t discuss multiple issues

During GP appointments you can’t discuss multiple issues, only one issue per appointment is allowed which is frustrating.
