Service has been good. Doctors and staff are good. I get appointments on the phone. My wife uses the apps and quite good. I came for my annual check up. The bloods and nurses are also good. I am very satisfied with them.

No problems with the service. A good experience with booking appointments and seeing the GP. Nurses are really good. I do particularly enjoy booking online. I can write down what i can say and it feels more confidential, that way I can get an appointment normally the same day.

They are always good, efficient, the staff and doctors are always very helpful. I didn't like the new triage for appointments as I didn't hear anything from them. I didn't get to see a doctor only the pharmacist called me. I wasn't satisfied with that. I prefer telephone GP appointments as they are easier for me. I've been here for 7 years and never had any problems with them. I get appointments easily normally.

The services are quite fine. I am happy with it. You can communicate with the doctor fast. Getting an appointment is quite easy. The new triage system is easy and good. The staff are nice.

I come for a review every 12 months with my medication and that's alright. It's good with organising all of that.

Poor communication between staff and the practice manager. It's a bit hit and miss with appointments. I had an operation last year and the nurse and other staff were good to me.

I don't use the GP all that much. I called them this morning and they sent me a link. They then sent me an appointment so it was very good.
The system works well for me.

Useful, having a physical presence of someone to talk to. I'd feel comfortable getting an appointment online if I needed to. It works well for me when I have used them.
