It has always worked perfectly

During the pandemic we have thankfully all been fairly well. Whenever we have needed to, we have been able to have a telephone consultation with the GP, send in photos etc. It has always worked perfectly and been very reassuring. I was prescribed pulmonary rehab and did this online or several weeks.

I have been with this practice for over 4 years and I can honestly say that I have had excellent service. The receptionists are friendly and very helpful. The doctors are all brilliant, careing. They listen to you and do the best they can for you. Even through the pandemic, the service was great.

Although I eventually got the referral which led to the correct duagnosis and eventual treatment, the interim period of several phonecall only consultations were frustrating to say the least.

I joined 17 years ago because it was my husband and family's surgery. We can always get an appointment. During the pandemic, telephone appointments have been brilliant.

When things go wrong expect anything from and including being 'fobbed-off, lied to, condescending arrogant blame shifting behaviour.
