I can’t eat any kind of food as I will have reactions on my body, I nearly died but still after 3 months they haven’t given me a blood test appointment. No body care about my situation and I don’t know what to do! They are just bringing excuses for not giving me blood test appointment. Very poor service. I am dealing with my life and they don’t care really. I need immediate attention but they don’t understand how serious is my situation. Nobody’s helping me.
since lockdown when I have booked an appointment at a particular time they do not stick to it. Eg. wondering why I do not pick up the phone at 0830hrs for a 1030hrs appointment. This causes issues when I have arranged the appointment to fit around work because I cant wait around for a four hour period for a 10 minute phone call. The
Nurse Practicioners are great and the receptionist are really friendly. The receptionists go out of their way to help, e.g. ringing you back when appointments become available.
Since moving to the area, the availability of our GP has reduced. We have to phone at 8am prompt to get an appointment or we are referred to the walk in at Katie Road. Staff at the surgery are always polite. Having used another surgery for maternity services I realised how good our surgery was. It's clear more funding is needed as availability for appointments for extras such as blood is only available one month in advance.
