Wish they had more face to face appointments

Sometimes you want to be seen in person but there are no appointments available. Even though I fill in the form. I wish they would have more face to face appointments like they used to before.

My GP told me to self refer. They're alright. Just overloaded with patients and stretched.
Poor communication

There are communication issues there between them and other services. It is all online now too but many people don't have access to online bookings or have computers or smartphones. I find it frustrating for myself and others.
The worst surgery

Horrendous. The worst surgery. You can never get through to them. You have to just wait it out and keep trying to get an appointment.

The merger of the district nursing services with Quinton has been badly managed. A system which worked has been replaced with one which doesn't.
Staff helpful, but difficult to get appointment

Appointment system is next to useless a face to face with actual doctors can take weeks.
The worst online system

They have a new online system which is worse than the previous phone system. You have to fill in form as then wait a whole day for a call.

I don't like the new online booking system but the GPs are excellent.

All the staff are very helpful and caring. The only challenge is getting an appointment.
