Can't get a face to face appointment

They will not book an appointment face to face. Can't book online on the new system but we do not understand. I want to book an appointment not write a questionnaire.

Excellent doctors and nurses. Good opening times but the new online system has made things more difficult.

My parents are with them, they find it very difficult to get an appointment. I have had to call 111 a number of times to get emergency appointments for my parents.

Very difficult to get appointments there now, especially with the online system. The GPs are great

I have tried to contact them so many times for an appointment in the last few months but cannot get one. I have even filled the online form in but nobody replies to me.

If you are elderly, it seems you struggle to simply book an appointment with a GP. The doctors and medical team have a duty of care and in my opinion contribute to creating serious safeguarding risks. Elderly, non technology savvy patients seem to be just tossed aside! Appalling! The CQC should investigate current GP practice services!
