Very difficult to get an appointment.

My parents are with them, they find it very difficult to get an appointment. I have had to call 111 a number of times to get emergency appointments for my parents.

Very difficult to get appointments there now, especially with the online system. The GPs are great

I have tried to contact them so many times for an appointment in the last few months but cannot get one. I have even filled the online form in but nobody replies to me.

If you are elderly, it seems you struggle to simply book an appointment with a GP. The doctors and medical team have a duty of care and in my opinion contribute to creating serious safeguarding risks. Elderly, non technology savvy patients seem to be just tossed aside! Appalling! The CQC should investigate current GP practice services!

I waited for a GP appointment and GP was helpful. It's friendly.

Once they had seen me gave me some pills then made a follow up call three weeks later. Not heard from them again for over 12 months
