Offered pills and heard nothing more

March 4, 2024
Not really happy as I was just offered pills and told they would refer me but didn’t hear from them.

It's a fairly better surgeries than others but they are slow in communicating test results back to patients.

A time consuming process.

Overall they are okay but it's very difficult to get an appointment. It's a long and time consuming process. You need to have a lot of patience and time to book an appointment over the phone.

Couldn't get appointments or blood tests

Couldn't find me an appointment. It's pathetic when your children get sick and you need blood tests it shows 4 months waiting times.

Good and helpful doctor but passed around

January 15, 2024
The doctor was good and helpful. They said I would need further assessments from Quinborne. I felt a bit like I was getting passed from pillar to post. They take a long time to get plans sorted. You almost have to fight for things nowadays. You don't get care plans.

Terrible service

January 6, 2024
Surgery has gone downhill as GP Partners don't run it anymore. Can't book appointments on advance & to be sure of getting an appointment on the day, you have to queue up at the surgery at 8.30 in the morning. You then have to explain to the Receptionist what your illness is. The whole queue can hear you, no privacy whatsoever. You never get to see your own GP just random doctors, quite often Locums that you never see again. No continuity of care. Used to be a really good surgery but just awful now.

Very difficult to get appointments. Test results are never communicated properly. You have to chase them all the time.

No appointments at all. They don't pick up the phone and if they do pick up they say there is no appointments available until next week.

Left without medication

November 20, 2023
The psychiatric nurse there is nice but you get left to it once you have spoken with them. They put me in touch with a social prescriber who phoned me. You get pushed from pillar to post. They give you hints and tips but no help. I can't reorder the antidepressants on repeat and they also say someone will be in touch and no one ever follows up and then your left without medication.

The GP's are excellent but the reception staff are quite rude and unprofessional in dealing with patients.
