A lovely doctor

I called them and was 23 in the queue so I opted for a call back not a text. They text me. So I called back and said I needed a same day appointment. I saw a lovely doctor who explained everything and said that I needed to go straight to A&E.
GP doesn't provide signed letters

The service was okay, the staff were polite. We enquired about getting a signed letter from a GP to get a passport and they said they don't provide this service and they have changed their booking system and moved it online. So we have to go on to the website then fill in a online form which my parents find the Internet hard to use.
Impossible to get an appointment

I can't get appointments. You have to fill in a form online and then the doctor calls you back, it's virtually impossible to get an appointment. You call at 8AM and they have all gone. It's hopeless now.
New system is makes it difficult to access GP

I don't like the new online system. It takes ages to access and if you don't fill the form in correctly or it isn't working properly then you have to complete it all again. Everything takes so long and is so complicated. When I finally get in the staff are good but it's difficult to access them now. I even had to pay privately for a health check because of this.

Reception are good and the GPs are 5 stars.

I don't use them that often but when I do it's fine. I have no real issues getting appointments.

It's hard to get appointments but the receptionists are good.
Can get same day appointments.

The new appointment system has worked very well for us. We can very easily get same day appointments.

They're good they are. We can get appointments without any issues. They see me and give me appointments for my mental health issues. I found them helpful and supportive.
