					Social prescriber there pointed me in the right direction for respite care for my husband. They pointed me to crossroads. Really good and helpful.

					I am still suffering with mental health issues but all the GP wants to do is give me antidepressants. They don’t listen.

					Getting better since covid. Couldn't see them during. I had appendicitis and they wanted me to wait. If I had waited I probably wouldn't be here.

					The doctors and nurses are very accessible. The service is constant and good every time. Their behaviour is good. Sometimes the wait can be a little longer but the service overall is good.

					Rude reception staff. They never reply to your phone calls. Very difficult to get an appointment.

					Thankfully not had to use them too often but when approached then I can get an appointment. Had no issue in getting appointment for kids.

					They are really good in comparison to others. Able to get appointments. Have to wait on phones but no longer than 15 minutes. Used them for son and got same day appointment. Do prioritize children.
				
				
				
				
				Takes a while to get through on the phone

					Referred to a counsellor, takes a while to get through on the phone at 8am. It’s all automated. Spoke to doctor over the phone and the counsellor rang me the next day. They have got such a high turnover of doctors, build a rapport and then they are gone.
