Overall the work of the careers is good

The careers always respond to my child’s needs. They feed and dress him well however the only problem is consistency with carers as they keep changing on a daily basis. it would be more convenient to have the same 2-3 carers who can alternate on days.

Carers and NDH both nice

My dad get excellent care. All carers who visit just treat like family member. Carers do excellent job. Well trained, constituency of carers. Recommend to my friends and family & really appreciate the effort of carers in such tough COVID 19 situation

No engagement, don't come at the right time

Never engage with my nan, she is bed bond, they often leave her with a tray on the bed which makes it hard for her to use the commode.

Often don't stay as long as they charge for, they often come too early for the evening visit, which means her heart medication at the wrong time.

Sometimes they are ok, sometimes not

Some are alright. They frequently get my medications wrong & don't give me my painkillers, a few have told me I'm not allowed medication when I am.
Carers change too often for me to know who they are.

No consistency in carers.

Leave bed bound client with tray & lunch, creating a H&S issue when she tries to get to the commode on her own. 1 carer gave her a slice of frozen bread from the freezer, despite the fact that there was fresh bread in her bread bin.

Massively incompetent, complete lack of care.

This company are the very reason why there needs to be an overhaul of the care system and the companies in the industry. My dad has been a user of this company for over 6 months and they are useless. Most recently he woke up feeling unwell, this was bought to the attention of the worker, who did nothing to help him, once they had left an ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital. where he was diagnosed with a chest infection. The workers are clearly poorly trained and the company are not fit to be in the business they are in.
The Care Quality Commission inspected this company in July 2021 and their report states that the company 'Requires Improvement", which is an understatement... I wouldn't trust this company to look after a stray dog, let alone an elderley person.
