Too many questions
April 9, 2025
This is the problem, they ask you a heap of questions when your child is ill and needs to be seen. They say they will call back within 2 hours and he's struggling with breathing. We gave up in the end and took him to the Children's.

This morning I had an emergency and called 111. They were fantastic and responded quickly with advice to bring my daughter to the hospital for blood tests.

They didn't do anything
April 8, 2025
The GP told me to call 111 when I had severe kidney pain. It took them a while to get back to me but after a few hours they called me back. They asked a lot of questions and medical history and said because I didn't have a fever they weren't going to do anything.

You get the help you need

They're the best because they give you quick explanations and someone will call you back or send you to an appointment at the walk in so you know you will get the help you need. They sent me to Summerfield urgent care.
They can't help me
March 19, 2025
I've tried them before but I don't think they're helpful with the health conditions I have as they can't refer onto hospitals for treatments or follow ups.

I was having breathing difficulties and couldn't get a GP appointment so I called 111. They said to call an ambulance and they gave me good advice. They asked the right questions and made me think I was going to get the help I needed.
