I use them when I can't get a GP appointment. They get me one or send me to the hospital with the children. They're good.

I ended up calling them for my wife who was unwell. They called 999 because of her symptoms and quickly sent out a community team from 999 to assess her.

My daughter had a severe skin infection and we couldn't get a GP appointment for weeks. I called 111 and they arranged an appointment with a dermatologist within 2 days for us at Heartlands.

I called them when I had a bad chest infection, they told me to see my GP as soon as possible. They gave me good advice.

I called them and they gave me an appointment and everything but it shouldn't come to that, you have to go through them to get a GP appointment. Taking away services from people who need it.
