I range after a head injury. They answered quickly and asked good questions to send me to the correct place. Ended up going to A&E as I had a head injury.

Quite good. I call them and they are usually quick at answering. They'll sometimes make you wait which is normal. But they'll always send me to the right service.

My sister has used them and they're good. They will listen to her and send her to where she needs to go depending on what's wrong.

It takes along time to get through but I just wait because I know they will get me the help I need. Especially with the kids, I just know they will help me.

I rang 111. They can be quick but a majority of the time it takes a long time. They normally direct me to the right service and will advise that there will be a long wait for an ambulance.

Got through quite quickly. Some of the questions make you laugh as they are irrelevant but I guess their just doing their jobs.

They sorted me an appointment.

They said they were very busy at the Badger clinic when I called 111 at 5am. They said I should go to the nearest walk in clinic. They arranged for me to be seen at the walk in clinic but said it could be a wait but was given an appointment for 8.30.

I've used them a few times and they're good but usually we just call for an ambulance. They will arrange this for him knowing my son's condition.

NHS 111 is much more than a helpline – if you're worried about an urgent medical concern, you can call 111 to speak to a fully trained adviser.

Depending on the situation, the NHS 111 team can connect you to a nurse, emergency dentist or even a GP, and can arrange face-to-face appointments if they think you need one.

NHS 111 advisers can also assess if you need an ambulance and send one immediately if necessary.
