They couldn't find the right service for us

I called 111 to get my son an emergency appointment because they don't have gas in most dentists to make him sleep and they can't help him. They looked but couldn't find anything.
Told me to go to A&E

I called as I was not feeling great at all. They said I couldn't go to my GP as there were no appointments so they said it would be best to go to A&E which I did.

They sent me to Warren Farm urgent care as they couldn't book both my children in at the same time. I had to go through all the same info again after I had booked the one child in. They asked why I didn't go to the GP even though I told them I had tried and they had no appointments. That is why I called them. They were really argumentative and found them unhelpful when my children were sick.
