Sometimes when I need in an emergency I will use them and they help me.
Reluctant to call them.

I have a heart condition and had chest pains. I phoned 111 for advice and they sent an ambulance. The problem is because of my age they will send an ambulance which is unnecessary. I'm reluctant to call them.
Give alright advice

I have used them a couple of times and they give alright advice. I have never used them for myself so going forward I may do.

I called them for my daughter yesterday as it was an emergency. They were very good. They gave good advice and told me to go to the hospital. I didn't wait too long to get through to them either.
They have been brilliant.

I use them when I need a repeat prescription and can't get one or when I can't get into the GPs. They help sort it all out. They have been brilliant and I have used them a few times now. They also send my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice which is helpful.

Called for my son as couldn't get a GP appointment. He had passed out and was really unwell. They said he needed to go to a walk in and arranged an appointment for him. They were excellent and acted quickly.
