Felt lied to

When called at the surgery told GP wasn't available to call back. When I called back told ago was not actually in that day. Felt lied to.

She has a good approach with patients and shows that she cares for them -you feel that she makes time for you she is very professional and caring . Reception staff excellent nothing is too much trouble

Always able to get appointment when needed either online or by phone. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.....some know me by name even on phone!
Let's not forget Royston Hall Chemist too....helpful staff and great services offered.

I have never had to wait for an appointment the receptionists are very professional and helpful the doctors take time to listen to you . what more could you want the new online reminder service for appointments and e prescriptions is good . Nurse service excellent

Went for regular blood checks as diagnosed with diabetes. The doctor/ receptionist ring up for appointment reminders. I like them and they listen to me and treat me with respect.

Doctor needs to go back to medical school. Useless doctor. Left patient undiagnosed for 4 years. Only confirmed diagnosis in last month.

Wife had to call 28 times to get an appointment. But went to hospital instead diagnosed with MRSA. I recommend they look at what they are doing to help people instead of going to hospital.
