You don't get the help that you need.

Rubbish. You can't get appointments when you need them. You speak to the doctors and they don't help you so then you need more advice or you don't get the help you need.
Never have appointments.

They weren't giving us appointments quickly. You would call and they wouldn't have appointments. Receptionist wasn't good or helpful.
They take good care of me

A very good and supportive GP. I am diabetic and have epilepsy. They take good care of me when I need help.
A good GP surgery

It was good. I moved to Alum Rock so I had to move GP and moved to the one closest to me. It's the only reason I moved. It was a good GP and they are a good surgery.

They listen to you and try to solve your issues. Excellent support and help provided.
Complicated system to get an appointment.

The system of getting an appointment is very complicated. They don't see you on time.
Long waits on the phone.

Long waits all of the time on the phone. Last time I waited for more than 60 minutes before I got connected to the receptionist.
They hang up the phone.

I call back anytime of the day and they will let the phone ring once and then hang up just to say they called you.
Good at giving appointments.

Quite quick. It's part of Heartlands trust so you see midwives from there, they have all been really lovely. They are good at giving general appointments too. Really good.
Can get same day appointments.
