They're very good. I don't struggle to get appointments with them. They're great.

I will give them zero stars if I could because I can't get an appointment with my GP. The reception staff need proper training about how to deal with patients.

Very bad as they don't answer the calls and there's always delays. They don't tell you your test results.

Very difficult to get an appointment with the GP. Even if you get one. They are always in a hurry and don't listen to you properly.

A good experience at this GP surgery. They provide me with the help and information that I need. They are friendly and polite. It is easy to get appointments. The pharmacy is good here too.
It takes a long time to get an appointment.

You call and they don't answer. No appointments when you need one. They will give you one for a week later. They send a link through text to make an appointment and they get back to you the next day. Very long time to get an appointment.
They're not accessible

I can't use the online service. They try to make us but won't give us links to be able to book an appointment. You can't book over the phone. When you call they say to use the link but that doesn't work. They're not accessible.
The GP doesn't listen

The GP doesn't listen. They just want the 10 minutes to pass and let you go.
They're usually very good.

They're very good. It's not as bad as other people have said about appointments. You fill out a form at 8am and the GP will send a text to say they will see me at 11am or 12pm that same day. They're usually very good. Sometimes they can't see me the same day but usually fit me in.
Never answer the phone.

Never pick up the phone, you have to call so many times and they won't respond.
