I am having problems with appointments more than two years now. Each time I called there for appointment they asked me to call back again to get appointments. Its very annoying if I call there 8am or 3pm, always lines are busy and when they pick the phone they will say all the appointments booked and will ask to call back another time. Evan if I ask them for phone appointment and never asked for same day appointment. I always asked them if they can give me future appointment so we can have day off to attend appointment. Me and my husband are working from Monday to Friday and its very hard to call every day for two times. I always explain them that its not possible for us to call every day 8am and 3pm, sometime they listen and book phone appointment but most of the time they refuse. I complained to Manager as well but she was very rude and said she can't do anything as it is what it is. She said because most of their patients are not working so it is suits to them. I tried to explain her my situation but she was not interested. Its nearly two hand half year now. I am suffering few health conditions which not been treated properly because of not getting appointments. Never understand if its happening just to us or other people are struggling as well.

The issue with my GP service is whenever I need an appointment, nothing is ever available until at least two weeks also I never ever get to see my own GP.

Well I'm being patient over 10 years normally I get to see the doctor but it's always the case then staff are very good and helpful. This need of improvement in certain sections like answering the phone need more people it can take up-to 45 mins before someone answers. Repeat medicine not arriving in time at pharmacy waiting time never get to see Doctor at time given, there are several places where need improvement required. I'm happy with Dr Bhalla Surgery but I think there should be a feedback box in surgery to help improve the problems at the surgery ...Every doctor surgery has problems, need to see there are problems here thank you for help

I feel that my experiences are poor. I never see my own doctor and GPs are never helpful. Trying to get appointments are a nightmare. I have often attended and had my illness trivialised and left untreated. I find this upsetting.

Different doctor all the time, don't see my doctor at all, waiting is too long, appointments are given a week later.

Very good generally but the waiting time for appointments can be a long time. It is sometimes difficult to see the doctor you want to see rather than the one they want you to see.

If it is urgent you can access same day appointments. You are able to get through on the telephone
