Not helpful and no contact

Social prescribers haven't got back to me and the GP hasn't been helpful when asking to be referred to mental health services.
It's become terrible

Can't get appointments. You have to call at 8AM and still can't get one. Always fully booked. You wait endlessly on the phones. Since covid its become terrible.
They never have appointments

When I call them they never have any appointments, even when I call in the morning.
The GP isn't the best.

No bad experience here but I don't think the doctors takes illnesses seriously. Just book blood tests. Booking appointments is fine but the GPs aren't the best.

They provided excellent support and care throughout my treatment.
They get my medication delivered to me.

They don't talk to me much they just get my medication delivered to me. The medication makes me feel better.
Poor communication from my GP

Not happy with my GP at all. She has an attitude and never tries to listen to what I am saying and how I feel. Poor communication all the time from her.
They're doing a great job.

They're good when you go. You do struggle to get an appointment but I don't have to go often. Staff from the doctors to the receptionists are good. They're doing a great job.
