Thank you for taking the time to leave the practice feedback. I would like to apologise that you feel you have received a substandard service. Due to the anonymous nature of this comment I am unable to look into the details of the exact case.

I would like advise that we have a specialist qualified doctor who deals with implants as it is a surgical procedure that needs specialist accreditation to carry out. Not all practices offer this service and It would not normally be done by a practice nurse.

With regards to the use of google, all of the prescribing tools and resources that used to be available in paper format are now online. this includes the use of calculators for dosing, the British National Formulary and information leaflets for patients and therefore google is often used to search platform for these. All diagnosis and treatment would be carried out by an appropriately trained clinician.
